Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used Glow Face Masks.

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged due to courier handling.
How to Request a Return
If your order was damaged in transit:

Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Send us photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
