At Glow, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Returns

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used Glow Face Masks.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged due to courier handling.

How to Request a Return

If your order was damaged in transit:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

  3. Send us photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Item

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products not in their original packaging

  • Orders without valid proof of purchase
